All items will be shipped via USPS.
Returns
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the day you receive your package for a full refund. Items returned after the 14th day have up to 30 days to be returned for a store credit.
To Return By Mail:
Email support@knightsapparelandgifts.com or call the store at 229-483-0501 to let us know that you will be sending a return. Also, please include a note with the name the item was purchased under as well as phone number/email address. Once this is done, send merchandise back to Knights Apparel and Gifts. 1545 B US Hwy 19 S. Leesburg, Ga. 31763. under the conditions of the previously stated "Returns" section. Customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
To Return In-Store:
Bring your item in the Leesburg location at 1545 B US Hwy 19 S. Leesburg, Ga. 31763 during regular store hours of 10-6 Monday-Saturday and an employee will be happy to assist with your return. All items must be returned under the conditions of the previously stated "Returns" section.
Damaged/Defective Goods:
Please contact us by email at support@knightsapparelandgifts.com or by phone at 229-483-0501 within 3 days of receiving damaged or defective goods to submit a claim.
Items Not Eligible For Return:
- Sale Items
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items including but not limited to items with deodorant, smoke, perfume, makeup, sweat, or stains
- Underwear
- Women's Swim Bottoms
Knights Apparel is not responsible for any items lost in transit or stolen after shipment.
